Upcoming Changes to Accepted Forms of Payment

Starting September 10, 2022, commercial customers wanting to make payments via credit and/or debit card must do so only at any of our 15 Customer Service Center locations, as we will no longer be able to accept credit and/or debit card payments for commercial accounts through our automated phone system. Our Customer Service Centers also accept cash, checks, and money orders.

The LADWP Payment Center will continue to accept electronic one-time payments from a checking/savings account through our automated system, available toll-free, 24 hours a day, and 7 days a week. To utilize this pay-by-phone option, commercial customers can call 1-877-MYPAYDWP (1-877-697-2939).

Before calling, make sure you have the Account Number, Access Code (4-digits), and payment information (bank account number and bank routing number) available to complete the transaction. This service is free of charge.

We continue to offer a variety of payment options to our customers to make it easier to pay their bill including making payments online, through our automated phone system (1-877-MYPAYDWP), by appointment at our in-person Customer Service Centers, or via the mail.
